Crowned by Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak, the Amboseli National Parks is one of Kenya’s most popular parks. The name “Amboseli” comes from a Maasai word meaning “salty dust”, and it is one of the best places in Africa to view large herds of elephants up close. Nature lovers can explore five different habitats here ranging from the dried-up bed of Lake Amboseli, wetlands with sulphur springs, the savannah and woodlands. They can also visit the local Maasai community who live around the park and experience their authentic culture.

Day 4 Lake Manyara/Ngorongoro. Morning drive to Ngorongoro Crater Conservation Area, lunch at the lodge. Afternoon game drive in the Crater, dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Sopa lodge or similar FB
The Ngorongoro Crater is a huge volcanic caldera that hosts a great impressive ecosystem ideal for the survival and preservation of a large diversity of animals, ranging from the lions to the uncommon horned large rhinos. The crater itself is 600m deep to the bottom while the crater floor, is 20km in diameter filled with a diversity of wildlife, ponds plus pools.A population of about 25,000 large animals, largely ungulates along with the highest density of mammalian predators in Africa,
Day 5 Ngorongoro. Full day game drive in the Crater with picnic lunch, dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Sopa lodge or similar FB
Day 6 Ngorongoro/Nairobi. After breakfast, drive across the border with picnic lunch en route to Nairobi.
